1. Data Controller

Shoal Bot (hereafter "we") acts as data controller under Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698) and applies equivalent standards globally.

2. Data We Collect

• Your Telegram user ID and username
• The Solana wallet addresses you choose to track in the bot
• Your bot settings (filter preferences, subscription status)
• Payment transaction hashes (via Hel.io)
• Your signal-receiving and performance data (for personalization)

3. How We Use Data

Collected data is used only to:

• Operate the bot (deliver signals, run tracking)
• Manage subscriptions and billing
• Provide personalized AI analysis and recommendations
• Comply with legal obligations

It is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Retention Period

For the duration of an active subscription, plus 90 days after it ends. After 90 days, data is anonymized or deleted.

5. Data Security

Data is stored in MongoDB and protected with server-side access controls. Payment data is held in Hel.io's infrastructure (MoonPay Commerce) — we never store card details.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

• Find out whether your data is being processed
• Request deletion or erasure (use /delete_account or email support@shoalbot.com)
• Request correction if data has been processed incorrectly
• Request data portability

7. Cookies & Third-Party Services

The website uses minimal cookies (session management only). On the bot side: Helius (webhook), Birdeye (price data), GMGN (wallet analysis), Gemini (AI). Each provider's own privacy policy applies.
